As part of DCEC’s quality control procedures, we carry out hydrostatic testing to at least 1.5 times the working pressure, alongside dimensional and thickness verification. Plus, where valves are pre-installed, DCEC diligently carries out additional leak testing to make sure every piece is perfect. To support these checks, material certificates, hydrostatic test reports and batch traceability documents are available and can be provided upon request.
