DCEC Cylinders holds company certifications for ISO 9001 corporate quality management processes, International Marine Dangerous Goods (IMDG) cylinder manufacturing compliance and TUV Rheinland for supervision of manufacture to internationally approved standards for initial inspections and tests of transportable pressure equipment.
Our quality management systems and adherence to strict manufacturing tolerances and standards makes our products extremely consistent, including our capabilities to supply and customize accurate, stable multi-stage regulators for use with pressurized cylinders for both recreational and industrial uses, example applications being airsoft and paintball high pressure cylinder and regulator combinations, and medical gas regulation.


We maintain type approvals for refillable seamless 6061 aluminum alloy high pressure gas cylinders with test pressures between 186 bar and 311 bar and working temperature range between -40C and +65C. We are certified to manufacture a range of cylinder sizes and wall thicknesses with threading options to meet almost any requirement.
Our type approvals are issued by the global certification agencies TUV and RHO. We are happy to provide copies of our product certification to assure our customers of the quality and safety of DCEC high pressure 6061 aluminum alloy cylinders.
